Dorothy Gale has returned to her beloved Oz—but Oz is no longer the land that Dorothy left. She finds Oz a land of darkness and fear, crumbling and headed towards revolution. Joining forces with the Army of Revolt, Dorothy and her friends storm the Emerald City to find a version of Oz that creates a world of light and hope that it’s people can love.
